Meet Meghan

I didn't start this business because I wanted to own a gym.

I started it because I needed something for myself.

After becoming a mom, I realized how easy it was to put everyone else first. Strength training became the place where I could reconnect with myself, and eventually I wanted to help other women find that same feeling.

At the time, I was working as an oncology nurse. I loved caring for people, but I found myself wanting to spend more time helping people stay healthy instead of reacting after something had already gone wrong.

So I started coaching.

One small group became another. Friends invited friends. The community grew naturally. Years later, I left nursing to coach full time, and I've never looked back.

Today, Athena is built around the same idea that started it all.

Strength changes more than muscles.

It changes how you move through your life.

I believe

Movement should help you feel more like yourself.

Strength should feel empowering, not intimidating.

Community makes consistency easier.

Progress happens one workout at a time.

The goal isn't perfection.

It's building a stronger life.

Ready when you are.

You don't need to know what you're doing before you walk through the door.

Schedule an intro session and see if Athena feels like the right fit.
